I was in a serious accident with my truck after hitting an electrical pole, and I’m truly grateful to be alive. In such a frightening moment, AAA sent an absolute blessing — Travis from Southern Maryland Towing. This gentleman was patient, empathetic, and incredibly supportive from the moment he arrived.He handled everything with professionalism and genuine care, making a stressful situation so much easier to get through. Can't recommend this company enough. I was having a real bad day. But from the moment I got on the phone to schedule, Denise was very polite and thoughtful, with an attitude that helped me put my bad day behind me. Then when my car was delivered, Tim, the driver, was very helpful in talking about how my car was when it was being loaded up, and his demeanor and helpful advice really made me feel better about my situation. I hope I'm never in this spot again, but if I am, I know who I'm calling 100% of the time. Thank you!

wrecked my truck they made it to me in a timely manner and the drivers are real patient and nice. goes a long way when you just wrecked your truck. also pulled my truck up on the tow truck on the rotors and price was really cheap will be my first call from hear on out.

I had a top notch experience with Trista. Had locked my keys in my trunk and she was able to quickly open my car. When the security features made accessing the trunk to get the key difficult (and a call to Toyota indicated retrieving the second set of keys - 90 minutes away was the only option) she continued to stick with me to work toward an alternate solution - yielding success! And all of this in the rain too- truly excellent service!

I had a great experience with this tow company thanks to Jake, the driver who helped me. He was incredibly professional, polite, and made me feel completely at ease during a stressful situation. Jake explained everything clearly, handled my vehicle with care, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable from start to finish. Denise, who scheduled the service, was also wonderful — friendly, helpful, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. Highly recommend their service — and if you’re lucky enough to work with Denise and Jake, you’re in great hands!

One of our roofing work trucks had an electrical problem at about 8 PM tonight, unfortunately, the truck would not start and it was at a gas pump having just filled up. We called and got an answer right away, they sent Marcus to help us out. Marcus was quick and did a great job getting our roofing truck up on the flatbed in a busy gas station parking lot. The cost/price was REALLY good. We highly recommend this company !!!

I’ve been lucky (or unlucky) to have needed a tow service as great as SMT!! They are very top notch and what I feel is great service with communication and professionalism. I was towed twice by same female driver and she is the nicest, knowledgeable driver I have ever met!!! You have certainly raised the bar for your community of towing service!! Thank you SMT!

After the starter went on my truck, I called Southern Maryland Towing for a tow. Within 2 hours, they sent out a tow truck, Trista loaded it, delivered it to my repair guy, and I was back home. Great service and Trista was efficient and polite.

A nice change from the normal to see someone taking pride in doing an outstanding job. Using the factory recovery/tie down T-hook slots and not just toss the J hooks around whatever the first thing they can grab on and start ripping things up (been there, had that happen). When you have to call for a tow truck your already in a bad mood, Brandon was a shining star.

Again, Southern Maryland Towing to the rescue ! The flatbed tow truck, operated by my all time favorite, Krista , was on top of everything. I almost made it to my house driveway, when my Vette went into electrical failure. Krysta loaded my car and towed it to my driveway. Odd, but upon offloading my car in the driveway, it cranked right up ! My hat’s off to So. Md. Towing and of course, Krysta !

I went in to the office located in Ridge and scheduled a tow truck (thank you Tapestry) to come to my home location and take my van to my mechanic in Lexington Park for the following Monday morning. Monday morning Trista called and let me know she was on the way. She was very pleasant and easy to talk with and she was very professional in delivering the van to its destination. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the whole process.

As I carefully maneuvered my Corvette down a gravel driveway, the wide tires wanted to steer right into a shallow ditch ! Thank the Lord for Southern Maryland Towing, with their rapid response and professional operator , Trista. She made several attempts to free my low profile vehicle all the while in sub-freezing temps and her. Lovely smile

Delonte was awesome. Patient, courteous, and jovial even while dealing with my annoyingly stubborn truck. Showed up exactly when he said he would and got everything done nice and quickly. Couldn’t be happier, will definitely be using Southern MD Towing in the future should the need ever arise.

Had delonte morsell tow me at 11pm at night. I had broken down at a gas station. Very perfesional and very nice person! My car sits a Lil low but he was able to get it on and off his tow truck with no problems!!
