Accident towing/Police release form

Prior to the release or retrieval of a vehicle from the compound, the owner must provide a valid registration form or title of the vehicle. The documented owner or authorized person on that document will be required to present a “valid” photo identification card. The following forms of identification will be acceptable:

1.) Any valid U.S. issued driver’s license,

2.) Any valid U.S. issued personal identification card,

3.) U.S. Military Identification card or,

4.) U.S. or Foreign Government issued passport, with photo.

If the actual owner cannot be present to sign the release, this form must include the name of the owner’s authorized agent and witnessed by an active notary. Corporate owned vehicles must have a release letter on company letterhead stating the name of the authorized agent designated to pick up the vehicle and be witnessed by an active notary.
